How to cook apple ice cream
Ingredients
- 750 grams of heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 medium peeled apples
- one more cup of cream
So, we prepare ice cream as follows:
Take a small saucepan and mix the first three ingredients from the list in it. Then cook the mass over small heat, do not bring to a boil, stir the mass all the time.
Next, take a form, which must be prepared in advance for the finished ice cream. Pour the hot sweet mass into this form. After that, the form must be taken to a cool place so that it cools down, and then put in the refrigerator.
It is improtnant not to put the hot mass directly into the refrigerator- thereby, you will simply break the equipment!
The form is taken from the refrigerator when the mass is almost frozen.
Now we work with the remaining two ingredients from the list. Bake the apples. this can be done in the microwave or, traditionally, in the oven. Process the apples in food processor or blender, until coarsely chopped.
Whip a Glass of cream, then mix with the apple puree and stir. Then mix this mass with a half-frozen mass of ice cream.
The mass is again poured into the mold, then placed in a cold place, and after that in the refrigerator until it solidifies completely.
